A mi me educó una mujer fuerte, independiente y generosa, y tuve una figura paterna que me inspiró, y que nos enseñó a mi hermana y a mí la importancia de servir a los demás para crear un impacto social. Siguiendo los pasos de Chuck Kreutzkamp, que fue su esposo, mi mamá, Ernestina Kreutzkamp, valora muchísimo la educación y la dignidad y siempre ha trabajado para mejorar la situación de los menos afortunados dentro y fuera de su comunidad.
Yo también dedico mucho de mi tiempo y mis recursos para ayudar a otros a salir de la pobreza, y esto fortalece mi autoestima y me hace sentir que estoy logrando algo. Todos estamos pasando por tiempos muy difíciles. Ahora más que nunca, nos tenemos que unir para resolver los problemas más apremiantes de nuestra sociedad. La meta de nuestra fundación es llegar a la raíz de estos problemas y darles a nuestras comunidades las herramientas necesarias para que puedan avanzar.
